Urticaria, also known as hives, weals, welts, or nettle rash, is a raised, itchy rash that occurs on the skin, according to NHS Inform.
It might appear on just one portion of the body or cover a wide area.
The actress posted a video of herself working out at the gym while disclosing her struggle.
