Rotimi Salami was born on the 30th of November 1980 in Surulere, Lagos state. He is the first son of his family with two brothers and three sisters. Rotimi Salami’s father was a steel construction engineer, and his mother was a businesswoman.
Rotimi attended St. Mary’s Nursery and Primary School in Ajangbadi, Lagos State, before continuing his education at Abeokuta Grammar School in Abeokuta, Ogun State. He holds a sociology degree from Lagos State University. Also, he has a Diploma Certificate from the New York Film Academy.
